On September 16-18, 2025, the 12th National Pedagogical Congress was held at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, entitled “Humanity as a Problem of Pedagogy and a Task of Prevention.” During the Congress, the project manager, Prof. Helena Ostrowicka, presented a paper entitled “Educational Discourses (in the Face of) Threat. Utopias – Heterotopias.” Prof. Helena Ostrowicka presented the results of research on militarization in the spaces of youth organizations, from the interpretative perspective of the discourse (in the face of) threat as an educational discourse.
