We are pleased to announce that another article presenting the results of research conducted as part of the project has been published in Acta Universitatis Nicolai Copernici. Pedagogy. The article by Celina Czech-Włodarczyk and Magdalena Cuprjak, titled “Youth Organizations and Social Inclusion: Discourse and Participatory Practices,” contains conclusions regarding the discourse analysis of four youth organizations operating in Poland: AIESEC Poland, CI UNESCO, ATD Czwarty Świat, and CIM Horyzonty. A qualitative content analysis of the documents of these organizations revealed the presence of varying degrees of social inclusion, from formal access to equal opportunities to the full realization of young people’s potential. The findings indicate that the highest inclusion indicators emerged in the case of ATD Czwarty Świat, with aspects related to access, participation, and the development of human potential dominating the discourse. The results emphasize the need for consciously shaping inclusive practices to avoid superficial, symbolic inclusion and ensure genuine support for marginalized youth groups, which is key to effective social integration.
